WSPR reached Antarctica on 80m

As far as I can recall, this is my first contact (even if one-way WSPR mode) with Antarctica.

Crikey, my 80m dipole is literally aimed East-West, not South.

An old 20m dipole tossed into the trees. A very old FT-77 and a 12v battery pack.

Six contacts including Italy.

One-way WSPR heard by GM0UDL. I was using Zachtek 80to10 with 20m whip, but also selected 17m band.

WSPR transmitter now on 40m

 Still using a small whip antenna, just switched the element over to the 40m version.

To be clear, this is all very low effort so far. :-) 

VE1BLL now on WSPR, so far just 20m
